Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership and come back anytime. While paused, you won’t have access to content and you won’t earn commissions. Once you reactivate, everything returns to normal.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. To keep your access uninterrupted, your membership renews automatically. Make sure your payment method is up to date so your account stays active.
I have an annual membership and want to upgrade early. Will the amount I already paid be applied?
Yes. The amount you’ve already paid will be prorated. For example, if you upgrade after 4 months of a €300 annual membership, the remaining 8 months (€200) will be applied to your upgrade.
